Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Keno application and this website. By creating an account or using Keno, you accept these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use Keno. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may use Keno only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping it secure.
• Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• One person may not operate accounts to evade suspensions or manipulate rankings.

3. Community and voice room conduct

You agree not to use Keno to:

• Harass, threaten, bully or impersonate others.
• Broadcast sexual content, nudity, violence or content harmful to minors.
• Share hate speech or promote discrimination or violence.
• Post illegal content, spam, scams, gambling or fraudulent offers.
• Broadcast copyrighted audio or music you do not have the rights to use.
• Record or redistribute other users' voice or content without consent.

4. Virtual gifts and purchases

Coins, gifts and other virtual items are a limited, revocable licence to use in-app features. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash outside Keno, and are non-transferable. All purchases are processed by Google Play and are final except where refunds are required by law or Google Play policy.

5. Content ownership and licence

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant Keno a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, transmit and display your content solely to operate and promote the service.

6. Moderation and enforcement

We may remove content, mute or restrict features, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law, with or without notice where necessary to protect users.

7. Advertising

Keno is supported in part by advertising delivered through Google AdMob. Advertisements are not endorsements of the advertised products or services.

8. Service availability

Keno is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keno and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits or virtual items arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

You may stop using Keno and delete your account at any time. Provisions relating to ownership, liability and dispute resolution survive termination.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
